Is loose headphone jack covered by warranty?

Is a loose headphone jack covered by warranty? I have the Samsung P2, bought from Best Buy with the 2-year product replacement plan. Since July, it's been great. Now, I noticed my headphone jack is loose and is giving me really distorted sound. Is this covered under warranty?

I don't know if warranty covers such a thing, i think so.
I suggest to contact Samsung directly for more informations.
