Is Samsung toolsn working only on netbooks

Hello, I have Samsung sf410 laptop and there is problem with wireless switch.
Installation of "samsung tools" has no effect. all files was installed properly but the programm didn't appear in Settings or any other applications. I can't launch it through the terminal as well.
So, I supposed that this app is only for netbooks. I hope I'm wrong))
It's interesting that all functional keys are working properly, but no the Fn+F9 (wireless and bluetooth).Also I've got three additionsl keys for Volume control and Wi-fi. Volume is ok, but Wi-fi doesn't work too (as F9). Moreover, Wi-Fi led on this key constantly on.
Is there way for solve this problem?
