Under-volting on 12.10?

Hi I am interested in undervolting the CPU of my N220

There doesn't seem to be a linux-phc kernel in the repo for 12.10, are there plans to build one?

https://launchpad.net/~linux-phc/+archive/ppa or is it a separate project?
