Ubuntu 13.04 and Elantech touchpad

I can't make it work with multitouch gestures,
it gets listed as PS/2 Elantech, but don't work, when i try to move the cursos arround it makes some random moves or doesn't move.
when I try to use the

option psmouse proto=imps 

it works as a usb mouse, not as a real multitouch touchpad. Anyone has solved this issue ? I've alreaady tried some things as a patch module and update to latest kernel, but any of those worked.

I'm using Ubuntu 13.04 with kernel 3.8.0 on Samsung RV411-AD1BR
