Are there also nc20 scripts in the repo or will the nc10 script also work on the nc20?

voria may be able to answer this better, but in general the nc10 scripts work with other models (I'm using them on an N140 for example). So I would give them a try and report back with any problems you encounter on the NC20.

As marshmn stated, all the Samsung netbook models are very similar, so the scripts should work good.
