NF310: Cannot change backlight brightness

Post by msl »

Hi,

I've installed the udev, samsung-tools and samsung-backlight packages from the voria repository on ubuntu 10.10 netbook remix but I still cannot change the backlight brightness with he Fn Keys. The notify shows the change but the brightness remains the same. Changing volume and the other Fn Keys seem to work fine.

Some months ago it worked. But then a new udev and kernel package from the original ubuntu overwrote the voria packages. But as far as I noticed voria updated the packages, too. But they still don't work.
