Linux On My Samsung

Hi,
according to this, the linux kernel 2.6.39 contains a driver for samsung note- and netbooks. Is this connected to your work, voRia? Does this make installing the ubuntu ppa obsolete once one has a 2.6.39 kernel?

It would be interesting to know.
Is there a way of avoiding CPUFreq making Flash Player puke or not use CPUFreq at all?
