Compiling & Installing the r8192e_pci driver

Hi guys,

Just out of curiousity. Still learning the rope here...

If you download the realtek drivers. Then run the "make" & "make install" commands, do you still need to do these two things below?

(1) modprobe r8192e_pci

and

(2) edit the /etc/modules file and add "r8192e_pci"


is it really necessary to do those two things above?
