I need the exact string for your model in order to add support for it.
Please post here the output of the following command:
Code: Select all
sudo dmidecode -s system-product-name
Please consider a little donation to keep the 'Linux On My Samsung' project up and running. Thank you!

Could you add support for the Samsung P580?
I'm running it under Linuxmint, and only a few of the special keys seem to work (Volume etc), but most of them not.
For some strange reason, Ubuntu Studio (which I run as a dual boot system) recognizes more keys on the same laptop.
The command: sudo dmidecode -s system-product-name
produced:
To Be Filled By O.E.M.
Thanks a lot, and keep up the good work!

Hello.
I have a notebook R730\R530.
After installing files from repository, backlight and other Fn keys are working well.
But i have some problems with wi fi.
Every 5-10 min it looses Internet, but connection remains on.
After reconnect it works for 5-10 min and again).
Can you help me, please?

Dear Fortunato,
would it be possible to add the support for Samsung Q210? I know it is not properly a netbook, but it is what I have :-)
Thanks a lot for your help.
