I was able to find a download link for Win7, apparently a legitimate copy. It does require a key (which is on the bottom of the 210 on the sticker) and removing ei.cfg from the thumbdrive. Unetbootin will let you create a thumb drive. It'll then ask you to choose which version, and if you choose "Win 7 starter" the OEM key will work.
Note that you still require the key and you won't be able to use it to activate a different version of Windows. Choosing a different option will not let you install a higher version.
You do have to have some way of getting the files and the drivers, and for some reason you have to install the easy display manager software.
