Samsung N220: webcam not working under Ubuntu 10.10

Hi,

first of all thank you voria for the useful packages!

The problem I have is that after installing the packages everything is working as described excepting the webcam. The webcam part of the Samung-Tools GUI is in grey..
I'm new to Ubuntu so please ask for more information I need to give you for reporting the problem correctly.

My kernel:
Linux marvin-laptop 2.6.32-27-generic #49-Ubuntu SMP Wed Dec 1 23:52:12 UTC 2010 i686 GNU/Linux

Does someone have a N220 Plus with a recognized webcam under some ubuntu distribution or kernel?
If that is so I would just reinstall or install the dist you tell me the webcam works with...
